No Video Input on the unit

1.Reflash/Upgrade the unit.

2.Try SDI/HDMI input connection.

3.Test with alternate Video cables or video sources.

4.Swap the Video card with another unit and try to isolate the issue.

5.If another Video card works fine on the unit and the problematic Video cards replicates the issue on another unit as well. Contact LiveU Support as they will try to recover the problematic Video card once. If the card can’t be recovered, we will process the FMA for the Video Card.
