Solution: capping the BW of the unit for SD mostly. 2.5 to 3mbps, and for HD 5 to 6 Mbps. This helps to stop the fluctuation, and the video resolution improves at output.

We are keeping buffers that are supposed to handle bandwidth drops, if the bandwidth stays low, we lower the quality of the video in order to make sure we maintain the live feed.
"Lost" data will only be sent if the live stream is not interrupted, please note that this is different than other communication types, such as file transfers, where you can recover lost data when the bandwidth goes up.
The main goal of the system is to keep the transmission live at the highest quality possible.

How are bandwdith-fluctuations handled with variing delay settings? For example, a uncapped unit LU600 streams with 10mbps and 2 sec delay. Now for 1 sec the bandwidth goes down to only 7mbps. will the "lost" 3mbit be sent again by the unit if network improves to 13mbps capacity?
