1.Reflash/Upgrade the unit.
2.If reflash/upgrade doesn’t help, contact LiveU Support for battery calibration process. There are three calibration commands which need to be invoked on the unit and the behaviour needs to be monitored with each command invoked.
3.Check if another battery resolves the issue.
4.If another battery works fine on the unit and the problematic battery replicates the issue on another unit as well. Contact LiveU Support as they will process the FMA for the battery.
